Sabem aqueles looks básicos de festa? Preto, branco e prateado? Simples não é? Não tem como falhar! Foi este o look que usei no dia em que festejei o meu aniversário com os meus amigos, e mesmo vindo aqui parar um pouco fora de horas, confesso-vos que o atraso nem podia ter sido mais oportuno! Hoje é dia de festejos também, porque aqui este canto já conta com seis anos!! SIM, SEIS ANOS!!! Como assim?! O tempo voa, literalmente!
Lembro-me bem de como tudo começou! Estava eu no meu primeiro emprego, trabalhava em design e amava tanto, mas queria mais diversão! Já seguia outros blogs, aliás, ainda sei qual foi o primeiro blog que comecei a seguir!!! E depois pensei que também eu teria algo a dizer... Lembro-me de partilhar com algumas pessoas a ideia, e até de lhes pedir ajuda para escolher o nome do blog! Foi tudo meio orgânico, rápido, espontâneo, meio sem pensar, mas acho que tinha mesmo de ser assim. E sabem que mais? Se começasse hoje de novo nada mudaria. Eu sei que este está longe de ser um mega blog, sei também que não tenho tempo para me dedicar a ele tanto quando quero, mas acreditem que me enche de orgulho, eu gosto mesmo disto! E talvez por isso, por isto ser de verdade a minha paixão, que passados estes seis anos, o J&CS continue aqui, sempre no activo, sem interrupções. Mesmo depois de altos e baixos da blogosfera, de muitos blogs fantásticos que nasceram e depois acabaram, do boom do youtube... malta, eu vou continuar deste lado, porque ainda há muito mais para partilhar com vocês!

Do you know those basic party looks? Black, white and silver? Simple isn't it? There's no way to fail! This was the look I used the day I celebrated my birthday with my friends, and even coming here a little after hours, I confess that the delay couldn't have been more timely! Today is a day of festivities too, because here this space is already six years old!! YES, SIX YEARS!!! As well?! Time flies, literally!
I remember well how it all began! I was in my first job, worked in design and loved it so much, but wanted more fun! I was already following other blogs, incidentally, I still know the first blog I started to follow!!! And then I thought that I would have something to say too... I remember sharing with some people this idea, and even asking them for help choosing the name of the blog! It was all organic, fast, spontaneous, kind of without thinking, but I think it had to be that way. And you know what? If I started it again today I would change nothing. I know this is far from a mega blog, I also know that I don't have time to dedicate myself to it as much as I want, but believe me it fills me with pride, I really like it! And maybe, that's why this is my passion, that after six years, J&CS continue here, always in the active, uninterrupted. Even after the ups and downs of the blogosphere, many fantastic blogs that were born and then over, after this youtube boom... man, I'm going to continue on this side, because there's still so much more to share with you!
